Introductions

One of my major goals in life is to be able to travel the world over. Of course I have to start small and work my way up (not all of us are born into obscenely wealthy families), but starting is the important part. So the first step is to go back to my roots and visit some family and some friends I haven't seen in a while. I'm really looking forward to it, even with the family drama that will undoubtedly come my way. Two grandmothers and a limited amount of vacation time can do that. I've gotten a number of requests for postcards and letters, which I will do my best to accomodate, but I thought that a blog might be the best way for me to keep everyone up to date on a relatively frequent basis. I'll try to include adventurous outings, new places and people, and remotely romantic encounters that come my way. And hopefully someday soon I'll be able to write to you all about some amazing experiences from a little cafe by the Eiffel Tower.
