Happy Mother's Day

Today is mother's day, and I'm very far away from my mommy. During this whole trip I have definitely missed being close to my relatives, seeing my friends, and visiting my usual hang-outs. Although I have neither a Peach Pitt or a Maxx, which I have to work on. (Ten points for anyone who got either of those references. Fifty points if you got both). But when you're traveling, there are always activities that take up your day, and so you end up missing a little bit less than those who are left behind. I have to admit, it's weird being on this side of the equation--I'm almost always the one looking at the holiday pictures afterwards...

Today is an exception. Today I wish so much that I could share the day with my mom, to take her out, to get her a great present. And I can't do that. So instead, I'm just going to send her all of my love, and let her know that I'm thinking about her from all the way in Buenos Aires. Oh yeah, and that she's scoring a major present when I get back!
